Tailormade items
Most of our products are available in regular 70cm, 1/3, 1/4 and 1/6 sizes.
Aside from the above mentioned regular sizes, some of our items also provide tailormade option.(specified in the item page)
Therefore after making an order please inform us about the measurement, brand and model of your doll if you prefer the item to be tailormade to your choices. Please leave a message at Guestbook or you can also email to info@mydollwardrobe.com.
Items that are not specified "can be tailormade" should only have the size(s) available as stated.
About outfits and tailormade items' processing time
Some of our items are tailormade(especially outfits) therefore may require longer time to be finished and thus be delivered.
This is to ensure better quality and the item will be best fit on your dolls! (o^-^
Usually for tailormade outfit(qty : 1), it can take at least 5 days to be made after order is confirmed. For more quantity, it would take longer time.
Therefore please be patient and we will update you with any news in the process.

Shipment method and time
Temproraily we use EMS to handle our shipping orders. It reaches worldwide and you will know the shipping charges for your items on the checkout page. If you prefer other shipping companies or methods, please contact us through Guestbook or email to info@mydollwardrobe.com. But in this case the delivery cost and time can vary.
Normally, EMS takes 7-15 business days to deliver the parcels.
Once the items are delivered to EMS, all the responsibilities goto them and we cannot control any delays or accidents during the delivery. But we will still try our best to assist you in getting the latest information. You can also goto http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html and fill-in your order's tracking number for shipping information.
Providing a complete, accurate address and full recipent's name can help to proceed with a more on-time delivery and prevent your items from getting lost.

If the items you received is damaged or not the one you have ordered, you can return to us and claim for a refund.
There are criteria to be followed in order to get a 100% full refund:

For damaged items, try to preserve the original status of the package when return to us.

For wrongly delivered items, we cannot offer full refund for opened items.

Please contact us immediately through email once you discovered any damages and wrong delivery. We do not offer refund to reports later than 3 days after arrival of the item(based on EMS's tracking arrival time).
